About Spencer
Spencer Whittaker was born in Clearwater, Florida, and spent all of his childhood in Tarpon Springs, Florida.
Education
Spencer obtained his high school degree from J.W. Mitchell High School in 2012. In 2016, he graduated from Stetson University in Deland, Florida with a major in Sports Business while being a part of Stetson’s Inaugural Football team from 2012-2015. He graduated from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical College of Law in Orlando, Florida, with a Juris Doctor degree in 2021.
Professional Experience
Spencer began his career in 2016 with the Orlando Magic – NBA Team as a Sales Intern. While beginning law school in 2017, he was promoted to Sales Representative after receiving the Magic’s Rising Star of the Year organizational award for his efforts during the 2017 season. After several successful seasons, Spencer began his legal career with Universal Creative—NBCUniversal Comcast as an legal intern in 2019. He continued to work for Universal’s Beijing Legal team working in Contract Administration.
Spencer joined Williams & Doddridge PA in January 2023 shortly after being sworn in to the Florida state bar.
Spencer is currently a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar and was installed as the Director of the Young Lawyers Division for the West Pasco Bar Association in June 2023.
